I don't know how close you were to your grandad but you have my condolences.

Ratweed,
So sorry about your grandfather!
*HUGS*

I recently had a good day/bad day...someone gave me a beautiful young mimosa tree to plant in my backyard. I had a lot of fun digging the hole for it since my puppy seemed to be enjoying getting to help me dig.

He liked "our hole" (lol) and got a bit jealous when I put the tree in it and started filling it in. I put a small fence around it to keep it safe after he bit the trunk. After I left the yard, he tore the fence down and ate most of the tree.
Now all I have is a stick in the dirt where it was supposed to be.

Sorry to hear about your grandfather, you have my sincere condolences. Last weekend I also went to a funeral on Saturday, and then later a graduation, so it was a bad/good day, shifting emotional gears so to speak. At least it ended on a good note
