I have a laptop. And the Opera sidebar takes a few pixels. And the scroll bar. And the forum graphics. Anyway, fits now. Thanks!

Huzzah! Semester break means I can attempt to catch up on some well-needed gaming. I'm about to start Arcanum for the first time with a crazy misanthropic dwarf-wannabe necromancer trying to repress his technological roots. Should be fun.

Also just finished over the weekend a couple of games spread out over a long period of time:
1. Sacred Underworld (Too easy when death is meaningless)
2. Divine Divinity (Lucked out with a cheesy solution to my Josephina problem!)

I have purchased Icewind Dale, Civilization 4 and Sam and Max Hit the Road (That one was hard to find). Plus, I'm occasionally flying around in Ur-Quan Masters. Plus plus, Naughty Sorceress 13 arrived last tuesday. I doubt I'll ever finish any of those (Well, I'll probably beat the Sorceress and play complete games in Civ, but that's not *finishing*), but I'll have fun playing.

Just finished Might and Magic 8.

I could level to 85 if I want to.

Now looking for some other first person view rpg to play. Hmmm..

Might and Magic 6 or 7 comes to mind.
I also could replay Wizardry 8 again.
If I could figure out how to make Wizards and Warriors run on WinXP I would play that instead.

I'm playing MM7 right now... not playing for a high score, but just for the joy of remembering the old days of gaming. Just went to Nighon, and figured out that I don't belong there. Ran back to the dwarven mines quickly... man, is Arcomage fun or what?

Was playing MM6, but I inflicted some sort of a glitch that BSODs when I load my last save game

Kakero, feel free to PM me or start an email dialog on W&W. I've been running it on XP for several years now, I think... a long time, in any case. I know we took a look at it a while back, but it can work... honest!

ps: MM7 would be a good choice. i found MM6 a bit too much with the way they had hordes and hordes of monsters thrown at me.
