Well, they kinda locked the Palestinians in their own territory. Everyone who works on Israeli soil, needs a pass to enter. No pass, no entrance. But there are still shootings and missile attacks. Not that those missiles do much harm, they either don't explode, or they blow up in their own faces. The ones that sell them weapons, sell them total crap.
