I've got two technical presentations to do, Wellard. One is on database administration and monitoring for Progress databases, and the other is on a technical tool called Q/LinQ, used by some of my customers.
What? You've never heard of them? Grrr.... stealth marketing strikes again [img]smile.gif[/img] The registry screwups will have to wait, although I'll share the punchline with you now: whenever you uninstall something, always tell it that you'll restart the computer later. That way, when Spybot tells you that a registry value has changed and asks you if you want to allow it, you'll have time to respond....  Sometimes, you can be too protected. And unfortunately, I just ran out of disk space on my Linux box (where I was backing up) -- approximately 10.3GB into the 10.7GB backup.... [img]graemlins/madhell.gif[/img] Cleared up some space and we're trying again... only the Linux box doesn't seem to be recognizing my mouse...

Hmm, seeing the previews for it, I have to agree with you, Jenn.
Well, we lost the game 8-21. Not so bad, though, as Eastern usually gets spanked even worse by Western. If our player's IQs were about 20 points higher, we very well could have won the game. Punt receivers letting the ball roll to the 3 yard line, interceptions, fumbles, etc. Anyways, I really should start on that essay, I think I'm gonna get an outline done. Hopefully I do that, lol.

Hey everyone. Howz it going? Im pretty good. Have had a great weekend, although it has passed to quickly and I have work in an hour now! Bummer. My sleeping pattern is kinda gone to pot though, cos I was so awake yesterday I went about 2 (ok not that unusual) but then I got up at 12 today, which isn't good. Tonight I will likely be up all night! Ohwell.
Oh yeh, and all you warcraft players out there take note. I haven't played in over a week! Wooo!

Just thought I'd pop in and let everyone know I'm still alive. I don't have internet or phone lines at my house right now, so I'm typing from my churches youth room. I think I'll be able to relax for awhile, Andrea is doing better in the hospital, so I won't have to worry as much now. I think I'll get some more sleep in a few minutes, still tired from this weekend.
