Haer'Dalis Quest

I'm stuck in the Haer'Dalis quest i can't kill the Warden at the top of the North Path. Anyone have any tips/suggestions spoilers are also ok.

This is how I made my way through this quest

ps are you talking about the big guy with the air elementals or the last fight with all the mages/fighters/tough guy?

Ok I've gotten through that part and now I've come to a place with a Wyvern and a bunch of Salamanders and Thralls. I really need help!

Try to summon monsters, elementals, and other creatures you can think of, creatures such as fire elementals can both take and deal damages. While some monsters are distracted by your summon creatures, if you are really having trouble, try to focus on one enemy at a time. Remember to keep mages and other low hitpoint character at the back of the party.

Some creatures have protection spells casted on them, use True Seeing to counter illusion type spells, and Breach to get past some of the magical protection.

I believe that if you destroy the orb, the slaves will break free and attack the warden. They'll die of course, but then you'll only have to worry about the warden.
What I did was I arrayed my party in a 2 abreast formation and got my mages to fling offensive spells into the fray while my fighters tore things up at the front.

MAKE sure that when you get that green orb- you go and destroy the thrall control with it near the front, this will release thralls which the warden will use up a LOT of his spells on.. stay back and send in 2 fire elementals ( jaheira) they will do most of your work.
