Well, well, what a surprise. This is very common, putting such links in such places, to add power to someone.

Seen it many times, but IIRC, the game makers don't actually like people doing this, there should be a link somewhere to notify the higher command.

EDIT: Yep, there's a link saying "Anti-Spam Policy" and next to it which lets you report this person.

They might not notice individual reports, but I don't know how the system works, maybe needs a couple or more.
