Default What are the best offhand weapons in the game?

I'm of the strong belief that it's really not even worth dual wielding unless that offhand weapon provides a significant bonus. This can be either immunities, extra attacks, or greater STR.

The ones that immediately come to mind as great offhand weapons to me are:

Belm
Crom Faeyr
Kundane
Dak'kon's Zerth Blade
Defender of Easthaven

Please let me know of other weapons that make great offhand weapons in this game.

TIA

I assume you're talking about a mod or with Throne of Bhaal as I have never seen most of these weapons.

Actually, all those weapons can be found in a default installation of SoA + Bonus Merchants. The last two are from the Bonus Merchant add-on, which comes with the pre-order pack of SoA. You can also get it either by installing ToB or by using the Baldurdash Fixpack.

Cheers.

Scarlet Ninja-To should be on that list as well. Thieves with UAI benefit from it a lot.

Tacked Note Re: What are the best offhand weapons in the game?

True. Power-wise, CFury is a main-hand weapon only. It provides no benefits or immunities simply by virtue of being equipped (which is what you want in an offhand weapon), its only real power comes from striking the target--and as the main hand is the only hand that has more than 1 attack per round, weapons whose power comes from their "on-hit" enchantments belong in the main hand and nowhere else.

Of course, I personally always leave CFury in the offhand, because it's too cheesily overpowered (to my taste) to use any other way. I'll put it in the mainhand of a Thief or Bard, or some other character with a poor THAC0 or ApR, but I'll only let my Warriors use it in the offhand.

For early to mid game, some of the more... underused weapons make their way into my offhand. Like Pixie Prick.
