Yes, Iron Greasel, the 4th of July is our Independence Day. Usually celebrated with lots of explosives. BOOM!

Retiree Ave. has the following menu for the day.
3 Racks of country style ribs, 3 racks of babyback ribs, got a few brats, and whoop, here comes the neighbors dragging the beer chest! Got some salmon, shark steak, farm raised catfish filets. A few 1/2 chickens somewhere, and some fresh zucchini & 'maters for kabobs, and a bottle of Kentucky bourbon to help it all go down smooth. Got about 300lbs of high end consumer fireworks to light up the evening sky. oops, almost forgot, need to make some tea.

Been hearing fire-crackers going off for a few days already.
Happy Independence Day!

Indeed, wasn't too bad, until my neighbor got in on the game...about scared me out of my skin when what ever high explosive she's using for a firework went off under my window...Never watch really scary movies alone, during a thunderstorm. Unless you don't have neighbors with fireworks...
