I've got an itch that I can't scratch that the US could get a result here.

Australia are an ageing team and I've heard that Warnie's mum has run out of diet pills. Add the over confidence of the Aussies and there's a turnover on the cards!!!

You never know what might happen - look at the upset in the FIFA WC final in 1966...

Boring fact for uncle Vaskez

The USA are (along with Canada) the worlds oldest international cricket team

No doubt someone like Mems can post the date of the very first international

We may be over-confident, but we are justified, because we are GOOD!!!

Unfortunately the USA weren't able to "do a FIFA WC 1966" in this case...

Hey Donut - you are usually sharper than that. Did it slip your memory that Warnie has retired from international one day cricket? I guess it must have .

Cricket -- the US -- who knew? I tried to grok the game when I was in London, and found it rather silly. Sorry. (I'd best get to running now.)

I'm suprised at you Davros. I meant that his mum running out of diet pills was the rason he had to retire.

I thought Australia looked a bit flat today. Loads of NB's and wides, dropped catches and Lehmann looks like a rolling potato when he runs. Ripe for the picking I'd say. I fancy the Enzedders to beat them.
