Not everyone was banned for only a week, Dio was banned permanently.

Neb, no offense, but Z explained in the War Forum for each case and that's where you should probably look as Sazerac noted above.

I believe Z called Dio's ban 'indefinite' which is not the same as permanent and we all hope to see him back on the board soon. I think Tracey should already be back as her suspension was up on Friday of last week according to Z's post in the WoT forum. Hope that info helps.
