If it's the one with the 2 treasure chest's behind it,look at the gargoyles behind you, you need to pull all the chains down, the last one you pull down will be the one that doesn't stay down. You need to double check all of your chains as you pull them because some will go back up as you pull the other ones down. They all need to be in the down position when you pull the last one.
