Chris try increasing your water intake and make sure you are getting enough sodium, which helps water retention. Water will also help other ailments.

I sometimes have that problem too, the spams... I think it's probably because when you sleep if you're having a restless sleep the muscles tense up and when you try to relax them they start to spasm and hurt.

It happend from time to time here too so i dont think it have to do with growing up! i only put the leg in another direction and hold it there to it's better then sleep good again! [img]smile.gif[/img]

so find a potassium substitue/vitamin to take. only thing i can suggest. but becasre perhaps see you dr, i knew someone who had such low potassium all the time he had to eat a banana like it or not, just to live.
