Ironworks Forum Ironworks Youtube Channel has over **520** livestreams now!!

Been streaming on and off for a year and a half... but lately, I have done it daily.

I started playing a few games then PUBG (Battlegrounds) came out. slowly getting subscribers, but they say the first 100 is the hardest to gain.
I Play Quake Champions, (VERY Much like Quake 3 Arena!), Diablo 3, PUBG, Eye of the Beholder (Part of the Retro RPG Series I am making!--Lands of Lore is next), Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Ghost of a Tale, Legend of Grimrock series, Sword Coast Legends, Ring of Elysium and TONS more!

Loads of CRPG's... So if you are an Ironworker, Subscribe to my Official Ironworks Gaming Youtube channel -- NO commercials and its not monetized. I do this for fun guys!!

Here is the link:
https://www.youtube.com/user/danhuling/videos

(It says danhuling but I changed it to ironworksgaming, but they kept the url the same.. lol ok.. ) anyway, click on a video and you can subscribe to the channel.
Once subscribed, you will get an alert when I go live!! (I do use a professinal condenser mic) so it will sound really good. I also have Youtube chat open, so I can comment via voice to you on the stream!! Cool stuff! Been slowly growing this and learning this for a while now.

Hope you will join me there!! This doesn't mean IWF will go anywhere. I plan on making video reviews and more!
Thanks, and I hope you join me on the Ironworks Gaming Youtube channel!

Quick note on Eye of the Beholder trilogy:
Someone at FRUA & DUNGEON CRAFT Community Forums created two (freeware) automapper utilities for this trilogy. All Seeing Eye for EoB1 and EoB2. All Seeing Eye 3 for EoB3. Links are:
http://ase.zorbus.net/
http://ase3.zorbus.net/

Jonas H's approach is based upon DosBox, neither of the ASE programs will work without the relevant EoB# game being played with DosBox.

There are articles on the trilogy too:

This deals with the Universal Game Editor

For other Gold Box games, there is the Gold Box Companion...

Very cool Shadow!! Saw your PMs! Really cool! I'll check them out next time I stream EOB!!! And EOB 2.

(EOB 3 was a mess.. since Westwood didn't make it, SSI used their rushed engine--which was really bad. had to use EMM386 like Wing Commander, and the sound was so bad.. the graphics didn't have that 'Westwood' Professional style either. -- I mean, I still beat it. But was a let down.

I miss Westwood. BUT.. Command & Conquer is being remastered --even the cut-scenes! in 4K! All new graphics, and Red Alert will also come with it. (not into their mobile game though)

Command & Conquer 1 has some of the best music--hope they remaster that too!!

"(EOB 3 was a mess.."
EoB 3 was also yet another EoB dungeon crawl. Its ending was not as dangerous to the party as in the first two games. Then Lands of Lore: Throne of Chaos just blew it out of the water.

Universal Game Editor is potentially useful for any game where you can decrypt the save game file. A dedicated editor (one built for a specific game), is better, if you can find one...
UGE modules exist for all three of the EoB games, as well as Lands of Lore: Throne of Chaos. I have an upload in the Miscellaneous forum that has these, as well as UGE itself.
At one point in your first upload of EoB1 (Streamed live on Oct 25, 2018) you had to reload just to get back to another level, deal with a poisoned PC, or both. This happened at 1h 25m. This is the sort of problem that UGE can handle. (Though EoB1PC.mdl needs updating in this area.)
