Crikey beans on a frying pan! I seem to recall that the population of USA is 600 million over? India has a 1000 million over citizens. Hmmmm... have absolutely no idea about the population of the countries of the European Union. Let's see... China has 1.2 billion people. The world has... 6.6 billion? I tend to give fellow Dutchies a stern look whenever one of them refers to our country as "Holland", but that's just because my own pacifist nature keeps me from smacking them on the head for it.

1) India has a larger population then the United States and the European Union together.
I thought the US had a population of about 350mil, so I'll say true. 2) In the American flag, the 50 stars represent the 50 states, the 13 stripes represent the 13 original colonies. True 3) Tony Blair is England’s Chief of State. Not sure what chief of state refers to - the Queen would surely be the head of state since she's our head of state, so false? 4) The Netherlands, Greece and the United Kingdom are examples of Constitutional Monarchies. Pretty sure the Netherlands is and the UK is, so true. 5) Nepal shares a border with Pakistan Dunno, true? 6) Taiwan has a larger population then Greenland No idea, true? 7) Monaco is an independent state. True 8) Gerhard Schroeder is the president of Germany. True? Dunno if president is the right term. 9) In 2001, a little under 13% of the US population lived below the poverty line. Dunno, true? 10) French and English are the most commonly used languages in Canada. True 11) Tallinn is the capital of Estonia True 12) The national currency of Denmark is the Euro I thought they didn't take on the euro? False? 13) Croatia is not a member of the European Union. True? 14) China abolished the death penalty in 2002 False? 15) The Russian president Putin is a former member of the KGB. He seems a bit shifty, true? 16) The Dutch often refer to their own country as ‘Holland’ False? LOL funny story about Holland - I have a friend who is dutch; when she came out here she had a driver's licence from Holland, and she rang up to ask whether she had to retake the test or whether her dutch licence would be adequate. The first time she rang she said she was from the Netherlands - the lady said oh no sorry, you'll have to start from scratch. She rang up later and said she was from Holland and they said no problem, your licence is acceptable here
