Aye, that I do. Faerun is my favorite campaign setting, and I use it almost exclusively.
So I do own the books, and I also enjoy Elaine Cunningham's fantasy novels, which touch on FR mythology.

Well, these are the illustrations from Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting, but for all I know they were taken from an older source.

No some of them are brand new. They are now in the Faiths and Pantheons 3E rulebook which coincidentally I was looking through this morning after reading Prince of Lies.

They were re-used from the old book.

It was two sheets with the symbols on one side and a short description behind.
