An interesting music problem (technical)

I replaced a few of the battle music MP3s with custom MP3s, because I didn't care for them too much. I simply renamed the ones I didn't like and then put in the ones I wanted under the old ones' names. They play fine in-game, but there's a little problem... they don't loop. What this basically means is long periods of time where there is just no music playing at all, because in long battles the music is finished after a minute to two minutes depending on which track it started with, and then it just stops forever.

The normal music, when it ends, either loops itself or starts playing one of the other built-in tracks which is what I assumed would happen with my new ones. Aaaanyway, the solution is probably something simple but I can't think of anything. Any ideas? (In case it matters, I'm using Deathstalker's 1.6 mod but I don't believe the problem has anything to do with the mod.)
