Charlie Horse/Muscle cramp
Man, last night I had the worst one I've ever had. In an awkward part of the leg near the back of the knee that I couldn't stretch... It lasted for a full 10-15 minutes before I got some relief after guzzling some pickle juice.
Anyone else get bad muscle cramps/charlie horses? Any tips? |

They sometimes happen when you're dehydrated. But sometimes they just happen.
 OH yeah, they suck.. when laying down, I'll get one in my foot, and have to stand up quick, until it goes away.. ugh. Did you do any lifting? lots of work earlier in the day?
