What do you think is the best comedy movie you've ever seen? And why?

I believe the best comedy I've ever seen is Austin Powers: Goldmember. I was laughing pretty much the whole time!

The Pink Panther movies, and/or Monty Python

To tell you the truth I don't think there's been a movie that I've found really funny (like stand-up comedian funny). "Happy Gilmore" and "Litle Nicky" were good, "Life of Brian" and "Meaning of life" were also fun. I found South Park the movie entertaining and the original "Blues Brothers" was also fantastic! The second Austin Powers was my favourite, and probably the movie closest to making me laugh the whole way through.

That's a hard one given that comedy depends so much on mood.

Overall, I would probably go with Dr. Strangelove.

The Whole Nine Yards. Nine Months was pretty good too. Especially the scene where they were beating on the "Barney"-like character in the store.

Mr. Bean - The Ultimate Disaster movie. it was quite funny. laugh like hell when watching that.

Also the one the Rowan Atkinson starred as a super spy. Is it Johnny English? really funny as well.

There are so many that I enjoy, but one that is on my Top 10 list is It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World. That movie NEVER stops.
