bounty hunter gets bonus traps (and is better at setting them..i think).
Traps kinda get absurdly powerfull (if you take advantage of them, i suppose) IMO.

ok, maybe that was a bit strong..
what i saying was that i think you can take advantage of traps to kill some of the most powerfull creatures in the game by setting them under their noses. "

You're right, but really: that's just a CHEESY way to kill an enemy. There are of course other ways....

maybe placing traps within a viewing distance of a neutral enemy should be seen as an offensive act - i.e. make them turn red.

patch, maybe?

just a wee idea.

Dunno.. It could be offensive, but then again: if setting a trap would be an offense, then you could see throwing a banana on the ground as an offense as well (someone MIGHT slip over it!! )

but then bananas do not have a proximity radius like the traps in soa seem to have. In real life i would REALY get upset if someone put a mine 3 feet away from me, i wouldn;t be so bothered about a banana (has anyone actually ever managed to slip on a banana anyway?? - {i know link is just using it as a metaphor..})

dragon should not be killed by trap. that is just too ridiculus

and why the hell trap is triggered by "red circled enemy" ? ohh, is there a visual detecting device on the trap?

if you set trap in front of a dragon, there should be a initial dialog:
Silver would ask:"
what are you doing?"
you choose:"
1. I am digging a hole so I can shit here (you die)
2. I am setting a trap, now watch how i do it (fails to set trap because dragon interevines)
3. this is for your protection (intelligent check vs dragon, if fail, you die)

red dragon and black dragons would simply be offended and
BLAST!
