Got this from the newsgroup: comp.sys.ibm.pc.games.rpg

"I've finally managed to put up on the WWW that unofficial patch to
Wizards & Warrior I posted about earlier. The URL is:

http://www.csclub.uwaterloo.ca/u/rridge/wwpatch.html

This patch is completely unofficial and is a seperate patch from
Heuristic Park's (the developers of the game) "unofficial" patch
released around the end of last year. The patch allows the game to be
played in 3D accelerated mode on ATI Radeons and allows the game to be
played in 1280x1024 or 1280x960 resolution on any video card that
supports these resolutions.

Great news Mark, I'm sure many will love this addition... if it works

Has anyone verified whether or not this patch works correctly? I have just finished building a new computer with an ATI Radeon, you can imagine my dismay when I realized that I could not play W&W in 3D mode...

Hi, I've installed the patch and it works beautifully so far on my GeForce 2 GTS. The game looks great in 1280 resolution, but I'm probably straining the capacity of the GPU : )

BTW Got through the tunnel to the serpent idol using the patch. I wonder if that common problem might be due to what resolution you play in.

Is there someplace I can look up what it fixes before I download it?

FYI Skywalker et al,

I was able to access the page OK. My Gozilla wasn't able to make the download but using the 'alt' key to disable Gozilla enabled me to make the download. The file size I downloaded is 11.5 Kb and I will try the patch late next week.

To answer daiSho's queston... The patch worked fine on my GeForce GTS PRO! The game looks great in 1280*1024, and it runs quite smoothly on my AMD 1200MHz processor.
