You'll need the Infinity Engine Explorer, available from the Ironworks website, in which you can find the animations.
Then you'll need a gif animator program available from www.ulead.com for example and loop the animation.
Then you upload the gif animation onto a site on the internet. How to include that in your message is detailed on the help section of this forum.

Hope this helps!

oh I forgot. Inf. engine expl. in that program you have to export the gifs you want to use in order for you to mix around with them in the animator

Is it acceptable to link directly to someones website for GIF's?
Dont they have to give permission or something?

Its usually ok if they have said you are allowed to download them in the firstplace. However if they change the site etc, your link is lost. It's best to download them and place them on your own web-site, such as 'angelfire.com', where you can link to.

You'll need IEEP to extract the gifs and GIF Animator or GIF Construction Set to loop the movements. Both available free.

Alternatively you could do a search for animated gifs on the net and just link to those, only problem would be that you would have no control over them if they get canned.
