Alright I'm gonna try to explain this the best I can to ollie you. Put One foot on the tail of the board. Then the other foot in about the middle of the board, but you don't want that foot to stretch all the way across the board put it where your heel hangs off a little bit then you jump and press down on the tail of the board and drag your other foot up the board against the grip tape.

BTW I have never heard of krptonics either but I haven't skated in awhile. I still have my deck its a blacklable with krux2 trucks

Did a Google Image search, and found this right away:

Pretty good "step by step", if you ask me.

also there are some pretty good small movies explaining everything. If you want to get higher you need to put front foot more to your other foot and the tail.

the best way to do it is practise, thats what i found anyway! As long as you actually know how to do it, it is up to you to just practise until it comes!

Yep and don't fear falling but neither do stupid things. Somewhere in the middle is best. The other ways will get you wounded really quick

I still have some scars! The worst one was when I went over a kicker and then nailed my shin, it was bleeding like hell but after about half an hour i tried again, same thing happened! OUCH!
