NOPE

Good news is their armors and weapons do improve... I don't know about the weapons though (and this was from my gaming experience in the old days). I just revived my NWN career recently.

Crap!

So they improve automatically or something, each level?

Yes? You can bring up their inventory by some obscure option in the radial menu and then drag n drop to your hearts content. I forget exactly which option it is, but I had it on my toolbar for easy access.

That's only in the expansion packs, I think, because I have an inventory option as well, but it tells me I can't access it.

Hmmm...actually, I think I've always had it. I played through the OC without either of the expansions - only got them recently for multiplayer and haven't played them single player, so 99% sure it works on its own...

You have the platinum ed right? So that means you have all expansion packs. Anyway just clarifying that for myself.

And yes, I have the same problem. I want to check their inventory but I cannot. They won't allow me.

Yea, but you can play the different campaigns. I thought that they were sorta like different games. But maybe I'm wrong.

No matter what, you can't access the inventory of the original campaign henchmen, they were coded before the hench inventory became accessible and they would break badly if you could.

There is a hackpack that enables you to do it through dialogue though, you ask for their inventory and get it in a bag, change it and give it back. Klunky, but it works.

want to bet?
I can give you the link to the best little hak this side of the 49th parallel. it will allow you to go into your henchmen's equipment and shift it around as much as you would like (for the original campaign and Shadows of Undrentide.)
