I'm looking for the list of spells in the "book of many spells"

I'm looking for the list of spells in the "Book of many spells".
And how many there are before you are hit by the last spell

Hi !

I am not sure, but I think it is not more than a total of 3 or 4 spells. Come to think of it, "many" seems to be a very relative term.

And, actually, in my experience the first spell turned out to be one of highest level:
in my case the first one fireball, the last one "Burning Hands". I cannot remember the ones in-between, though. Sorry ! But by no means anything mind-boggling.

Get opinions from others, though, too. They might have been more fortunate as I do not know if that item is always identical or if the spells inside are randomly determined in every game.

I think there is a Minor spell turning in it too. Really kind of a worthless book in my opinion but it may work for others

If i am right u are refering to the book in the mages house in the city of brynnlow i can tell ya guys that it is different how many spells it contain.

I think it's ramdom, tryed it once got about 4 spells and then reloaded, at the second try i recived about 8 and the were different spells. my adivce save before using it and then stick to the first spell you find useful.
On another note, which spell levels can you get, i mean is it possible to find a level nine spell in there?

Someone on this board(Memnoch or Armisael) determined the best is a level four spell(minor spell turning) but that was a long time ago and I may have been drunk when I read it

Complete List of Possible Spells: I don't know if all of these will be generated, but these are the ones that could be.

Fireball (starts out with this)
Burning Hands (ends with this)

Lightning Bolt
Stinking Cloud
Wyvern Call
Spell Turning (level 7 version)
Farsight
True Seeing
Protection from Evil
Invisibility

I've gotten Wyvern Call, Farsight and Invisibility, so I know some are available.

Hmm, I kept it on fireball all this time because I like fireball... if there are level 7 spells in there, I guess I will have to turn the pages.
