I used some of your HTML code (from Cloudy’s HTML thread) in my sig, I hope that’s alright with you. I am assuming there is nothing special about this code but if I have transgressed let me know and I’ll remove it.

My question is this, when I post the code will show as opposed to the sig. To remedy this all I have to do is hit the edit button and then immediately resubmit without actually making any changes. After this the sig appears just as it should. Is there something I can do to remedy this or is it that I can’t use HTML in the sig field?

Also, in the code the font color is set at 000000. Can I change this color to a deep blue by using another ######?

Thanks.

I'm not Slackerboy, but I can answer part of your question.

You can't use html code in your signature. When you edit, your signature becomes part of the message and you can use html in the message.

If you like the text, your best bet is to somehow convert the text to a *.gif or *.jpg file and then add the image at the bottom of your ship graphic.

Thanks Father Bronze! That was exactly the information I was hoping for. The main reason I addressed Slackerboy was to make sure I didn’t transgress netiquette.
