I'm rich filthy stinking rich and i don't remember why

I was selling some items to the sverniblin dude in the underdark and got a real surprise. I have two staffs of thunder and lightning and have had them for some time. Apparently the second one i found somehwere has a price tag of over $5,500,000. (i feel like the guy who buys a piece of junk at a garage sale and takes it to the "antiques road show where it is appraised for some ungodly sum) It has an absoultely massive number of charges, thousands or tens of thousands!
I am taking some personal time from hunting jon boy to rollaround nude in my new found piles of gold while i bask under the sun.

Actually, i have not actually sold it to him yet. However when i get out of the under dark I am planning on buying the entire adventurers mart just for fun.

Anyone else find this item? I am just wondering if it will bring the same price elsewhere or if i should sell it now?

I think that may be a bug that's ironed out with the official patch.

Probably one of this fiends from Hell decharged the item beyond point zero and it now shows an enormous amount of charges. It is a known bug.
Use it to your advantage if you will and sell it. Why not buy the whole City.
