. . . . . . . . . . . . Kangaxx can be found in the docks district, a building between Mae Var's Guildhouse and the Inn. . . . . . . . . The body parts are located in the sewers (Cult of the Eyeless) and in a building near the kidnapper's lair (Bridge district).
