Playing Online

Hi People,

Ive played and beaten the game a few times as a single player. But always wanted to play online as 1 guy, as were the good old days with p&p.

Thing is i have no idea on how to do this (Very stupid you see)!

Anybody help, i live in England incase this is a relative piece of information in terms of where do i go / what numbers do i end up dialling etc.

In fact........Evil bashing super hero, but virgin technical man
(Str 25........Int 4, Doh!!!!)

Well, as online-playing isnt my strongest field, I think I have only a minimal clue, but this has atleast worked for me several times.
First, you must find one to play with. Then you must get his/her IP. And then, while logged on the net, start up BG2, go to Multiplayer, then choose TCP/IP. Then choose start new game or something, write in your friends IP, and everything should work out fine. But remember that you must have a cache on over 300.
There are also other ways to multiplay, but thi sis the one I Know of. [img]smile.gif[/img]

And i think you have to have the same frame rate as well (set in config, Miscellaneous, default is 30),you MUST have the same patch and if one person has TOB and the other doesnt it wont work.
