The wand you find in Kreug's study above the library.
The scroll you need for the Bard's Quest is in Kreug's study. Ardibren's artifact is found in Shurugeon Castle, as is his journal. Hope that helps! Wyv |

And to find the library, find the big snake head in the center of the temple, then go right through the gate and up the big ramp.

follow that ramp and when you get to a room with an exit to the right - go right and down to the library!
