I wished they would show the OTHER sports like badminton and judo. Or how about table tennis. Man those guys/girls are just incredible with their hiting speed. Amazing.

Well, those other sports get plenty of coverage on dutch tv... And all it does it make you realise that table tennis and badminton are more fun to actually *do* than to watch.

End of Day 3 and the Aussies still in 2nd place .

What can you say about Thorpey - he waltzed in and took the 200m away from Phelps and Hoogey. He strode to his appointed penalty spot, and unlike Beckham, he confidently buried his opposition and plastered the ball into the back of the net.

What a guy .

Two 3rd places in a row for Phelps. He will end up the swimmer of the meet, but I wonder if Roy and HG will give him the "Bronze Avalanche" treatment on "The Dream" tonight .

As she dived into the pool, she slashed her leg on one of the underwater cameras so had to pull out. She was going (hopefully) to make the final!

Well done to Ben taking the lead in his sailing class!!
And what a great 200m mens race!!! I doubt anything will top that this Olympics!

We apparently have a decent Baseball team this year. I don't know if we have ever won a medal in baseball but this year our team looks pretty impressive.

more

3-0 in the eight-team competition and they've now outscored their opponents 23-3.

I predicted we would get less than 8, however I could be wrong as this may be our best summer games.

Thus Far we have only placed in 2 events.

Women's Synchronised 10m Platform Final (Bronze)
Blythe Hartley (Bronze)
Emilie Heymans (Bronze)

Trampoline
Karen Cockburn (Silver)
