Well, this is the second time I have had this come on...
Started with light chest pulling feeling (More-so near stomach) then neck and now my left arm is tingling and a tiny bit numb. (Don't worry, its not heart related--had this before, and was checked out, all was perfect). Anyway, I felt my upper spine, and a disc feels really bruised (although the skin looks fine). Just hurts to touch it, and the muscle around it is a bit swollen. I *do* have lower back issues, and deal with it, but this seems new. Also my neck aches a bit. Get sweats on and off sometimes.. irritating. Just wondering if this disc can cause those issues? If it is the disc, I'll probably need to get a injection of something to help it. ugh. Heh, I was thinking it was gas.. because every time I burped, It felt better for a bit.. all pressure I guess. Anyway, any ideas? I am lucky, I do see my primary Doctor next week!

Burps help because they send vibrations. Every time I'm aching all over from sports and stuff, burps are most welcome
I have no idea what this might be. Like you, I immediately suspected something heart-related, but looks like it isn't. I think you need to do a good pre-workout stretch, should help.

Might be RSI. It sounds like a bloddvessel or nerve into your left arm is shut off, and that could very well be RSI.

I had the same problem with my lower back and numbness in my leg. Had a herniated disk and it was pressing on the nerves. Went for physical therapy and the exercises really helped. I haven't had a problem in ~ 3 - 4 years.

I have backproblems myself, and i'd say go see a chiropractor. It did wonders for me. Of course only short term wonders, but every form of relief regarding an aching back is welcome.
