Supposedly you can discharge one or more of the "eyes" as offensive spells. Is this actually supported in the game, or is it just a fiction of description?
If so, how?

It works, I have used it multiple times before.
After casting the spell, you receive the abilities in the Special Abilities menu. Memory's fuzzy on the shortcut key, but it should be F12. |

If I recall, the labels of the eyes are 1-7, with noo other description, so you might want to memorise the offensive effects, or open the manual when you use it

Ok. Thanks, guys.
I usually use the spell purely for defensive purposes while casting nasty spells at the opposition, but I ran up against a situation recently where I was running out of options and could have used these.
