The best game ever. I didn't think I'd get a console again but I've been saving up for a 360 since they announced the game.

I really wish they had announced it before I spent 450 or so on my new screen.

Nice!

I'm planning to buy an XBox 360 when they solve the cooling problem.

Same here, but i'm also waiting for them to bring out a good game that isn't already out on PC and better.

People say that all the time Hivetyrant, and I think it's a load of hooey. I don't own a 360, but with the regular X-box I found several of the games much more fun on the console. KoTOR, GTA VC and SA, Ghost Recon, I can't enjoy these games as much with a keyboard and mouse. Console controlers are just so much more immersive.

Well pesonally I think controllers are too limited compared to a keyboard/mouse combo, plus you usually can't mod as much on the cconsole. I was using at least a dozen mods on KOTOR.

But also, I have a very hard time justifying playing on a console. A console is purely a toy, when you use it it's to play games, while I actually work on my computer, as well as check emails, read the net and all, so when I play on it I don't feel guilty, as opposed to when I play on a console. Even the way you sit while using them is different. Sitting at a desk feel serious, while sitting on the couch with a controller isn't.

I was playing on consoles when I was a kid, it doesn't feel right to still play on them now.

Seriously, I can't believe people torture themselves playing FPSs without a mouse. My friend has a PS2(and he's getting the big 3 the moment it comes out cause he's that way), and when I watch him play(the supposedly best FPS ever) Killzone, I can't help but notice that even he struggles with the aiming at anything more than 30 meters away. Don't even get me started on strategies.

Probably is easier to aim with a mouse for FPS'ers, but movement is much more natural with a controller. IMO. As for Luvian's comment regarding expense and waste, sure that's a fair point. I didn't have the luxury of owning a console game when I was a student.

It's all a moot point anyway, because I don't play hardly anything anymore other than WOW.

WOW! Another brilliant game in the making! This makes me seriously consider getting a 360!

With my 360 I've never had a a cooling problem, however, that's probably because I pre-ordered it the moment it was available. But this game WILL rule, and I plan on buying it ASAP. (Even though the cost of games for 360's makes my wallet cry)
