Ah come on now. Just about every handle in this topic also belongs to a game forum as well. To top it off, we are all on computers when we are on line.

That piece looks mighty fine, possibly 22-27 minutes with photoshop, and you to could produce the same effects. My guess is a pretty hefy increase in tourism, and the tabloids have a good topic for awhile.

So why arn't ghosts always naked? As I would imagine that only the flesh would contain the person's life force (not that I believe in it anyway), not the inanimate clothing.
Personally I believe that one is a bloody hippy inna dress!

My theory is that they are fallen Angels impersonating deceased humans. Devils in disguise as it were. The result in viewers is fear and uncertainty. That accounts for the "chill" as well.

However, most 'ghosts' are probably human imagination gone wild I would imagine.

I'm an agnostic on the tape. A still photo of a human looking character in period costume does not evidence make. Any other simpler explainations are:

1.Thief
2.Prankster
3.Royal or Noble or some such secreting around
4.Hoax or something of collaborative design

Dude! We couldn't have pronographic ghosts now could we? It would corrupt the children's minds. This way they are only scared not corrupted

GAHHHH!
I posted a long, thoughtful response and it was lost.
Take Two.

Looking at this picture, two options become clear to me. The first is this:

*Yes, it's a ghost.
I am no stranger to the paranormal. There are so many strange things that logic cannot explain, so, logically, said things must not be logical in nature. It's also sort of a given that photographs taken on a slow shutter speed, without flash, pick up things the eye normally cannot. Auras, for example, or a telltale glimmering or displacement in the air that might indicate a spirit. Rarely is said spirit so clear, and I've never heard of a television camera picking one up, which brings us to...

*It's a hoax.
Come on, look at that thing. It sure doesn't look like a ghost to me. It LOOKS like someone in a costume.

Does this mean there are no ghosts? Of course not.
Does it mean there ARE ghosts? Of course not.
I leave you all to decide.
