Sure, why not. As long as people make it clear what they are talking about, SoA or ToB, and keep the spoilers to a minimum I see no problem with this.

I'd say yes. Before that though, I'd try recommend everyone making a ToB thread put "ToB" in the tagline.

To be honest, with the traffic nowadays, it might not be a terrible idea to merge the BGI and BGII forums...
