did you not miss france? they have nuclear capabilities.....

but the worst threat is probably the russians with their slack storage/production techniques creating leaks.... not that the US is much better....

Don't forget that little island off of the coast of europe.

I'm not sure if North Korea still has nuclear weapon capability. There was an agreement in 1994 that they freeze development and dismantle weapons. I haven't heard anyone kicking up a stink about them not doing it.
