You can keep casting healing spells when drowning too.

Is it possible to drink potions while you're drowning? That'd be pretty grotesque.. Logically speaking.. wouldn't the potion end up in one's lungs instead of in the stomach?

the armor value is only 36? or is that a typo? My ebony cuiriass is armor 140 something. the fire is nice but I'll take 140 something anyday over 36.

its up to 56 now for me im only on heavy armor lvl 18 so its not a high rating for me yet.ive been dumping my money into mage skills and long sword/blunt to worry about armor.but i am going to work on armor skills next.

alrighty now 8000 gold later heavy armor lvl 50 this is what your dragonbone should look like:

DRAGONBONE CUIRIASS
condition: 3000/3000
weight: 50.0 (heavy)
value: 180000
constant effect: resist fire 100% on self
armor: 166
is it still not the best?

yes, you can drink potion while underwater.

Dragonbone Cuirass is perhaps the best. and since my character is a Nord. He got 100% resistance to cold , 50% resistance to shock plus the cuirass which mean a 100% resistance to fire.
