Oh well but now his thread gets full of stuff that's completely off-topic.

First, I wouldn't call discussion about music 'brainless spamming.'

Second, regardless of the hint in the initial post about the actual point of this thread, there's nothing really wrong with people posting about music instead of creating another thread. It's not like there's anything else to write about in this thread now.

Ah...actually bothered to read Donut's original post. Than Johnny's, than Melusine's.

Oopsy, see there's a thread exactly like this one on another forum where they just post what they're listening to.

NOT subtle messages.

Crafty old Donut. *salutes*
Yep guess I finally saw it as well. Donut's and johnny's post didn't say everything and I missed that in Melusine's. Back to the polls forum for me now I guess

...I have no idea what is going on here...I would like to know, but I fear it is yet another inside joke that I am being excluded from, so I'll just say that I think I'll listen to American Idiot (the album, not the individual song)...after all, Green Day is far more entertaining than any inside joke!

The number one rule is respect for the mods, not a difficult concept.

Talking of which ....

Wow, I'm impressed. You guys almost stopped a spam thread. Very close, it seems. Ah well, a valiant effort, nontheless!
It's hardly a discussion. People are listing stuff. It might not be spam, but it's not a discussion.

I dunno, Mel. I understood that this post was about Donut's impending 'removal', which, doesn't seem to have happened. He hasn't posted in a few days, but unless you know something I don't (which you might), there's any number of reasons for a brief lack of posting. I hope he hasn't left, because that would be such a loss

Um, yeah, I'm listening to... Get Back? Oh that was lame, sorry
