This May Not Be The Right Word, But, It's Kinda Humbling Knowing That NO-ONE Will Ever See Them Again... I Kinda Wish I Had Seen Them With My Own Eyes, And Not In A Picture.

Not at this time, from everything I have heard. The whole future of skyscrapers is questionable at this point: should they be made? how tall should they be? how strong do they have to be? (those kinds of questions)

Skyscrapers are to the modern world what temples or pyramids were to the ancient world--a physical symbol of the grandeur and power of a nation. We tend to forget the ephemeral nature of objects, it seems. I am glad that the unfortunate destruction of two buildings does not overshadow the loss of life and does not imply the destruction of the human spirit.
