For all the eager fans I want to let you know that the Unreal Tournament 2004 Demo is finally out! It may have been out for a while now but I only realised today. You can get it here but be warned that it's a 215mb download (the site says 209) so any of you that may not have broadband may wish to use a download manager for this one!

Happy gaming! At least this will suffice until the full version comes out!

not faster young kakero but I remember back in the day that I was on Dial Up and every file over 10mb would be sure to crap out as it neared the end of the download forcing me to restart my download from scratch. A download manager would allow me to restart from where the download crapped out

And prolly more mature than I too , no worries dude... just by your post you sounded like you weren't aware of what a download manager was, merely describing what it did

The biggest file I downloaded while on Dial Up woulda been about 220mb I think.

I have used download managers before, but ever since I reformat my harddisk I'm too lazy to download that download manager. imagine that!

My god! How long did it takes you to download that 220mb?

The biggest download for me as I'm using dialup connection is a 70mb morrowind mod. If I remember correctly it takes me 16 hours to finish downloading it.

Wow the game seriously rocks! Not sure about the vehicle one though but I guess it may grow on me. btw jump online and have a game. Seems like everyone is using the auto aim feature so it doesn't really matter if you're good or not. Gonna have to get into UT2003 to kick some ass legitimately!

Oh and download took just under 5 minutes here, but then again you gotta pay for that connection through your teeth...heh
