I downloaded the files from the collector's cd (yeah yeah I know it might be unfair...but I just couldn't get the real collector's edition and I just HAD to know what was on it) and I found the two new merchants in the Copper Coronet. I was just wondering if anyone knows if there is more to this cd, or if this is all that you get?

Nope, that's it. A little disappointing when you think about it. Then again, I guess they weren't meant to be expansions, and the items are useful, so it's not too bad.

2? OK, I have then missed something.. Can anyone tell EXACTLY where and what merchants this CE puts into BG2? I know about one of them, the Deirdre or Deidre something in Adventurer's Mart, she sells Balduran items, as well Robe of Vecna, Dak'kon Blade etc. Where are the other vendors then? Which area/building, what are their names? Thanks in advance.

There's only one, and that's Deidre. The other merchant you get with the Bonus CD. His name's Joluv. You can find him in the Copper Coronet around that big souvlaki area. He's the merchant-looking guy who's not sitting down.

Joluvs stuff seemed inordinately expensive.

Yes, especially considering a lot of it was crap.

On the plus side, Joluv sells the only +5 sling in the game. He also sells the only 2 excellent magical weopons that are suited to a Monk for those who play as one.

The sling of everard is a very good weapon. Doesn't it cost something like thirty-thousand?

You do get a little more than the merchants. You also get some added soundtracks as well. For the most part, you won't notice that much of a difference though. It is a little more convenient than having to use Shadow Keeper, but really, you can use that program to access the items as well.
