I heard that Anomen's alignment might change to Chaotic Neutral if he fails some crucial quest.
Exactly which test is it?

The test of being a Knight, the Radiant Heart test. If u choose to avenge for his sister, he fails the test(Like paladins they cant do anything evil), if u choose not to avenge for his sister, he gets accepted to the RH.
