Does the forum seem faster?

Just wondering.. we had problems today, DON'T know what was going on.. I found a 'workaround' on a bug on Microsofts site, and it seems to have stopped the site from slowing down.. but this happened all of the sudden, and I haven't done anything different to the server.. hmmm FREAAAAAAKY!

I'm going to split up the server onto a new server maybe tomorrow if I have time, so lemme know if it's faster right now.. (It seems to be for me)

This may not be the best test subject, since I haven't posted on the new forum from this local before, but it does seem faster. It was really bad this afternoon. Glad to see you got it worked out. Now BACK TO WORK SLAVE. hehehe

Working smooth as silk here on my end. About 15 minutes or so ago it froze up on me, but all seems back to where it was now. I'll post around a bit and let you know more in a few minutes.

Yes, it is much faster. I don't know what to do. I usually got get a cup of coffee and it is usually still loading. I am not quick enough now.

As I said, I did a workaround for NT, and all the problems went away.. BUT (Always a 'but' when NT is involved) It could also be a motherboard going out, and now, the cooler air (night-time it's cold in the server room) may have helped the motherboard.. (Sound odd, but some motherboards, or videocards that are 'going out' will mess up at a higher temp.

Or, NT felt like taking another CRAP on me

I (with a passion) HATE NT. If I owned the server (Friend does) I would run UNIX/Solaris/Sun. Stable suckers!!
