LOL, I know, Leonis! I always turn it around...
I really like the phrase Cor Leonis in your sig, btw

Attalus, thanks! Haven't heard anything about the story you heard though: Melusine indeed originates in French legend, but she's a siren/winged mermaid. She's cursed to change into a serpent from the waist down every Saturday, and has therefore made her husband promise not to visit her on that day. One Saturday though he peeks through the keyhole as she takes her bath, and sees the serpentine tail. Melusine flees from the castle on black wings. She is said to have returned at night to nurse her youngest children, and whenever one of the offspring of her line dies, she is said to fly around the castle tower mourning and wailing. That's the short version anyway

Take a peek here for some Melusinisen stories..

http://www.pitt.edu/~dash/melusina.html#bechstein

I kinda like this part..
"Melusina is my name,
The daughter of heavenly song!
Early in the ninth hour,
Fearlessly kiss my mouth and my cheeks,
Then I shall be redeemed,
And be with you, my beloved bridegroom!"

hehehe

Ramon de Ramon y Ramon still cracks me up, as does Sir Tainly.
Grojlach because it's so weird, Melusorick because it's so cool
Fljotsdale, Aelia Jusa, Rikard T'Aranaxz (aka Jay C Mendez, aka Chao Kang Tai ), Moiraine, Wolfgir, Diogenes of Pumpkintown, Barry The Sprout, Yorick, Sazerac, Stealth Bomber, Ertai all have something really special.

Oh, and I can spell norompanlasolas!!
I think it's Knobhead the Pommie, which is one of my favorites, along with Melusorick, Diamond Q and of course, Phil McCavity...
And Dublin Grocer

Ahh Dublin Grocer, yes that's on my list!

I also like Sir Tainly - took me ages to get the joke and then I couldn't stop smirking every time I saw it!

Add Garnet Falcondance, Choc, Armisael, Stealthy, Nachtrafe (yes, I'm biased, but I still like the name! LOL ), Aelia Jusa and LoA to my list too.

There are many great nicks on this board! I can't even list a small number of them here!

I'd have to say my favorite is Sazerac. It just kinda sounds good to say.

No,no keep it. I'm sure people like it, but there are so many humrorous names out there they can't resist picking names like Sir Tainly and Kurgan Foamfollower the third. Your name is part of who you are, Kaz didn't like her name but she stuck with it. I thought about changing to Cypher for a while but I decided against it. Besides I personally prefer Black dragon to |}ark \/\/arlord.
