Try Yahoo! Music... you can choose one of several music stations and listen to a variety of music from the genre... With a few annoying ads... (with the new yahoo messenger, you can have it playing in the background) You have to create a yahoo account... but it's all free. If you want to access more stations, you have to pay a monthly fee... not all that much though, I don't think...

Kyuss (loathe to use the term but ''Stoner Rock'' Fear Factory (cyber metal ) Anthrax (classic metal) Nailbomb (death metal) One Minute Silence (classic 90's British metal) Pitchshifter ( ^^^^ ) Napalm Death (more death metal) The Ramones (do I even need to say? ) The Misfits (classic punk) Raging Speedhorn (British Hardcore/Grind) Orange Goblin (dirty brit hard rock) Mr. Bungle (um.. crazy cant really define them ) hmmmm... it all seems a bit heavy heres some lighter stuff too, Awesome solo guitarists > Michael Hedges Eric Johnson Nick Drake Jeff Healy Hip-Hop recommendations are fewer but Eric B and Rakim, EPMD and Wu-Tang all deserve a mention Wow I could go on all day, in short you cant go wrong with any of these they all good
