what do you mean ?
there are a lot off item's that are not in planet sfere , but do you mean item that you need for inside the sfere ? spoiler - - - - - - - - -- - - -- - - -- wen you kill lavok , you go out kill a demon take hart ( if your a mage than take two harts ) go back in and go to engi room there input hart and off you go back to slums ... ------------------  so sweat , you find them no sweater than this ... no prettier than this .. you can geus who it is !!!!! AERIE !!!!!! |

No IIRC there are no weapons etc that you can get there, just a few demon hearts and maybe some gems or something.
