My character became diseased by a mummy and I attempted to rest, thinking I would be cured. His constitution dropped considerably. Is this permanent? Is there a way to cure it? I have since used a healer's kit and the disease is gone but he still has the lower constitution score. Can that be returned to it's regular value?

It's not permanent. The quickest way to remove the bad effects would be using a (lesser) restoration scroll or potion. Antidote (neutralize poison) should also do the trick.

Talking to one of the main temple people should also give you an option, if it happened in one of the first two OC's. In fact, in Shadows, the Harper girl can provide you with healing, and in Hordes, White Thesta does it for free, and The Seer will if you are in the last chapter.

Ahem. The Seer is in HOTU chapter 2, not 3.

And yeah, any time you experience a stat or level drain, use restoration to regain what you've lost.
