Seriously I'm in the screenprint buisness, T-shirts are a non necessity item, We feel any down turn or up turn in the economy usally before it hits the news. The last three months we have been busier then ever before in the winter (up about 35% over last year). Based on my 17 years in screenprinting this country is in for an economic BOOM!! Now if the Fed can keep a hold of inflation.
As much as I would like to give all the credit to Pres. Bush, I know it was the American people that said "HALE NO We ain't falling down that easily". IMHO most Americans went into a holding pattern on spending until a couple of weeks before Christmas. When there was no further attacks, no colapse, no depression, they said "hey party time". Now it's just a matter of time until the factories pick back up to fill the new orders.

I know way too many who can't succeed due to one reason or another and all of them would rather blame the conservatives rather than themselves. They all want the Unions to do their suceeding for them, they want welfare to do their succeeding for them they all want to be victims, but they are not victims of George Bush, or the Conservative right, they are victims of their own inadaquacies. Bush also scored decent grades in a creditable school, he isn't an idiot, he just believes in things that you do not. Try not to confuse differences of opinion for lack of inteligence.

If everyone who disagreed with me got labeled an idiot, you would have to count yourself as one (high) on the list, but no, I allow others their opinions even when they do not jibe with my own. I do not come back and tell them how "obviously wrong" they are...it'd be nice if others could do the same.

Bush has 2 university degrees, And you don't graduate from Harvard School of Business if you are an Idiot. I don't care how much money you or your family has, Harvard has a reputation and they want to keep IT.

Normalizing relations with Iran? That story has been going around since the Aytollha (sp?) died. Are you in the State Dept., or are you getting this information from the news reports? It's been what 8-10 years since the Ayatohla (I'll try it that way this time) died yet Iran still sponsers terrorism against the USA and It's interests, sounds like a good canidate for normalizing relations to me (sarcaism at full throttle). IHMO only an Idiot would want to have normal relations with a country that still claims the USA is the Great Satan, and eagerly waits for the downfall of the USA.

Iran doesn't give a Rat's rear-end about the USA, being It's friend, or being like the USA. The man on the street in Iran may want to be friends, Heck the man on the street may even want to move to the USA. But, the man on the street in Iran has less say over what goes on in the Govt. of Iran that the non-voting public has here in the USA.
