If you're going to do either one, do IE 6.0 I've heard Netscape 6.0 is a bigger piece of cr*p than IE ever did....this is from friends who work at a large help desk company (Stream, Intl.) who troubleshoot people's Internet connections, among other things.

I have IE 6.0 on my computer, and have had no problems with it. However, if you want to be safe, get IE 5.5, as there are a few people out there (Mouse being one of them) who have had some problems with that particular program.

Cheers,

My personal opinion would be to go with IE6. I have had no problems with it and would highly recommend it over Netscape 6.

I would go IE 6 in a heartbeat, no matter how much you may hate Bill Gates or Microsoft, if you have a Windows OS, IE will work better for you. Netscape 6 is the biggest load of sh!te I've ever seen. You click on a site, go and make yourself some coffee, come back and it hasn't loaded yet.

Well I have 5.5. And you should have this patch thingee for it also coz of its vulnerability... so I was thinking on and IE 6 there will be this update of this patch... and since Win ME is such a great help with updates, so I don' think IE 6 is much of a prob there?

Is it an all new interface?
