Hmmm... In about a few days i don't have textures on rigns and some amulets (even magical). In inventory rings and amulets have the textures, but when i place them on the table they have a black colour every!!! Can anybody's tell me what's going on??

I haven't noticed this in Oblivion but i recall the exact same problem plagueing Morrowind. There were a couple of mods that fixed it in MW so try searching for a mod that does the same for Oblivion. Beyond that, i can't help sorry.

I mean... In Morrowind (sorry i didn't wrote that). ;] Maybe now you can help, so what should i do? Remove some mods from Morrowind??

Sorry i didn't get back to you, JoChn. This one slipped off the radar. I see you've found the mod. I never actually used the ring texture fix mods, however it's one of those common mod add-ons that everybody includes in their mod packages without saying so in the readme. (like the shiny enchantment texture remover...)
